  • Completed - The RAID set has finished rebuilding. All services are now back online. If you're experiencing any issues please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket.

    Update - The drive has been replaced and we are now monitoring the rebuild of the RAID set. Both web4.siteocity.com and web5.siteocity.com are back online, however may be responding to requests slower than normal while the RAID rebuilds.

    Update - This server (along with web4.siteocity.com and web5.siteocity.com) are now offline and undergoing a drive swap as part of the RAID maintenance. We will continue to update this issue with more information as we get it.
