We made Jailed Shell SSH access available to all shared web server accounts via the Terminal app in cPanel. To enable Jailed Shell SSH on your account, you must submit a ticket to our team requesting access. SSH can be used to perform a variety of actions on your account, such as running a script from the command line, managing your files and folders from the command line, and many other tasks!

In order to preserve the integrity of our servers and stability for yourself and other customers, scripts and other tasks can only run for up to 5 minutes before being automatically terminated by the server.
