We had a major failure of our billing system hardware on August 5th. The failure was unprecedented in its completeness. Hardware failure, which we have yet to identify, caused a cascading effect on the raid array in our server that caused all drives to fail at once. The failure was preceded by a failure on our remote backup server. We are working diligently to restore as much as we can without the backups.
We will be emailing each customer individually with their new login ID/password as soon as we have recreated your account. Please be aware that data, such as old support tickets and invoices, will not be recoverable. We will work with you to resolve any issues that you see with your billing account.
We understand the inconvenience this has caused everyone but we will work around the clock to get everything back to normal. Please note that all customer sites/content is intact and properly backed up and this only affected our billing/support systems.
