Today we have made available SSH access to all customers on our shared web servers! Over the past few months we've had quite a few requests for this amenity so we've taken the time to properly research and implement it in a safe and secure way for everyone. SSH access will be provided on a request basis, simply submit a ticket to our support team request for SSH access and we'll get it enabled for your account. Once enabled you may connect to SSH over port 2222. SSH can be used to perform a variety of actions on your account such as running a script from the command line, managing your files and folders from the command line, and many other tasks!
In order to preserve the integrity of our servers and stability for yourself and other customers, scripts and other tasks can only run for up to 5 minutes before being automatically terminated by the server. We have also set a limit to the amount of concurrent connections per account to 2 at this time.
